Is a hysterectomy absolutely necessary in order to repair a rectocele/prolapse problem? - rectocele more condition_symptoms

They continue to talk "unnesisary" Hysterectomies are being made. I have no bleeding or pain, endometriosis .... not going through menopause not. I was told it was dropped because it "enhanced".
